Day 7 and it's Friday!!!

Day 7 and it’s Friday!!!!


Breakfast: fruit salad containing blueberries, mango, and peaches.  

Snack: Fruit juice with peaches and pineapples 

Lunch: Corn on the cob for myself with carrots, grapes, and two strawberries. The spouse had another cabbage salad with pickles, tomatoes, and onions with rice vinegar dressing.
Dinner: We were on the go so I packed our dinner with a piece of fruit. We both had peaches for our fruit. We had oven baked vegetables with balsamic vinegar and an ear and a half of corn.


Overall: Today has been a better day. I am still trying to get over the trauma of the pear-pineapple-ginger juice from yesterday that turned my stomach for most of yesterday. We have amazed ourselves. We knew we would be out late and not have time for a juice once we returned home. There is no substituting not getting in those additional nutrients in liquid form and we knew we could not substitute it so we added an additional piece of fruit to our diet today.
